Our server experienced a major issue during the summer holidays. The team responded very quickly, providing a temporary solution so the start of the Autumn term was not disrupted.
The team also provided a range of options for us to move forward with clear advice and pricing. We decided to move over to a cloud-based solution and not have a physical server. The work was done predominantly behind the scenes with no real disruption to the school. We had a short period of downtime but the team ensured this was at a convenient time.
As a school, we have found the new system really intuitive and much better for collaboration. The follow-up support has continued to be excellent and we are all really pleased with the outcome.”
