- Cover for two specified user devices
- On-site engineer support
- Loan devices while we repair yours
Server Support
Our Server Support is a one stop shop for all things server related. Servers underpin your IT ecosystem, so they need to be in peak performance.
Server Support includes:
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of on premises and/or Intune server
- Loan device if applicable
- On-site engineer visit
Network Support
The stuff in the metal box on the wall that has lots of flashing lights. Don’t know what it does? Thankfully, we do.
Network Support includes:
- Cover for main cabinet
- Remote/Onsite investigation and troubleshooting
- Advice on equipment and software specification
